BESTCAST Marketing Partner Payout Rules

These rules apply to the BMP V2 pilot partner payout workflow.

Active Rule: Payout Rules V1

  1. Partner receives ₹20 per valid referred paid subscriber.
  2. Subscriber must subscribe/pay successfully and be confirmed by BESTCAST admin/super-admin.
  3. Each subscriber can be credited to only one partner.
  4. No duplicate credit is allowed for the same subscriber mobile number.
  5. First valid referral attribution will be treated as original partner attribution.
  6. Recurring payout: ₹20 is eligible for every active paid subscription cycle/month while subscriber remains active and paid.
  7. If subscriber cancels, expires, payment fails, or refund is issued, recurring payout stops.
  8. Payout is subject to admin/super-admin verification and approval.
  9. Partner must use official referral link only.
  10. False promises, spam, misleading promotion, or misuse may lead to partner suspension.
  11. BESTCAST reserves right to hold/reject payout in case of duplicate, fraud, refund, dispute, or policy violation.
  12. Final payout is made manually after verification.

Pilot Note

During pilot, payout amount is governed by BESTCAST approval. Payment gateway integration and automated payout are not yet enabled.
